I've been lurking here. A lot. It's a great benefit because it seems honesty is...RAMPANT. Regarding Securus...they recently conducted a webinar I found informative. 2 cents please for the input.

Id stay where you are at. Unless you want reduced comp and be forced to drive 4 hrs to where they have lead availability. They have a special group called "road warriors". Nevada can be a great area but if I were you Id drop mail in your zips to keep from driving so much, more data available to mail to than you can call for leads.

Great observation...It's called "time management". I've been requested by several lead providers to ask for the ENTIRE COUNTY. Sure, makes it easy for THEM, not so much for the producer. I break the county up into grids, then apply all zips in them. That way I can control the leads geographically as well as my time. It's how I ran a successful real estate business...(I left it because everyone's brother's cousin's hairdressers dog groomer has a real estate license...)

Yes Louie i was one of those lead vendors you spoke with, lead companies dont ask for a bigger area to make it "easy" on them, they do it to make sure they can get you leads, your zips lack enough data for tele leads, and you arent willing to drive.....so you have 2 choices, quit or drop mail to stay geographically stable. That'll be 5 cents please lol

Dang, yer getting expensive. I'm willing to drive, just not all over the county haphazardly. Which is why the break up of the zips. And you're right, the mailers are probably the best alternative to accomplishing that end.

OH SNAP! I didn't even see that! Uh...well, I uh...slip of the tongue I suppose...

Some of us do what it takes to be successful and some don't!

I live in one of the most populated areas of the country and tomorrow, I am driving 2+ hours to get to the area that I will be working.

Seriously, all over the county??? lol
