Seeking Advice from Agents in South Florida

If you know how to run my system why arent you currently doing it?

It's guys like you that make it easy for the BS marketers become believable.

You see, readers come on here and they read your nonsense, with the word "liar" on your forehead.

Then they read what the manipulative IMO's post and think, "now that makes more sense".

Your blatant manipulation and lies gives credibility to the marketers on this forum that are constantly manipulating our readers, while bending the truth to their means.

I understand you find it impossible to run a phone room model at 5 apps per day per guy in this industry and Ive got nothing to sell you on. In fact, Im unwilling to show you how exactly I can do that. So no belief required here. The guys who are doing similar things are now in contact and the mutual info we can share is my only benefit. I also see why its dumb to ask of anyone on this forum would want to work in my room

Let's see, you pay 30%, as opposed to the 120% an independent can get. Since they get 30% of what you get up front, they don't get paid months 7-12 or 10-12(I'm guessing you have it set up for a 6 month advance so you can beat them out of an extra 3 months commissions), or renewals.

So an independent would only need one sale a day to come out ahead of your "average agent that gets $3,000 of "free" leads each week.

9 months advance, average deal including deals that ultimately get pivoted to guaranteed issue nets them $140 on average. 70% of submitted deals turn into cash.

On your average sale of $95 a month, a 120% contract on a 9 month advance would pay $1,026. You can buy a lot of leads for the extra $886 per sale.

Yes if every sale closed and was a 120% contract that would be correct. Regardless I make a boatload of cash and offer higher contracts when the agent pays for their own leads. Still evens out to me making the same boatload. Point being the system works and is clearly far from impossible

Well, as long as they know up front what they're getting into and can change to buying there own leads...what the hell.

And this right here confirms that you fall right into what is usually said about call centers. The owner makes money while the agents don't hardly make anything (compared to independent agents). But hey, as long as you're making the big bucks who cares about the rest, right?

Furthermore, did you come on here to contribute or just try to brag? Either way, you're pretty much failing at both so far.

Clearly my purpose in this particular thread was to speak with any local agents who would like to try phone sales at my office. Otherwise I'm here to meet like-minded individuals, which I've succeeded in. Defending myself or other call center owners wouldn't be necessary without the immediate "YOU'RE A LIAR" comments being thrown around swiftly following any mention of actual sales figures based on this model. I'm an advocate for a capitalist market where people can make their own informed decisions on where to work after reviewing pay structures on their own. If I'm ripping everyone off so bad, why do they stay? It's all very clear, I make this much- I cover this much in leads for you- you make this much. If that doesn't make sense to you, nobody forces you to stay!

Oh,. so you freely admit your only purpose was to come on here a recruit? I see. Did you bother reading the forum rules?
