Let's get real about lead credits. There is no such thing. If you like the way it sounds and you believe that you are getting lead credits so be. That proves your mental mindset.
At 295 per thousand for direct mail can't be beat.

You pay per lead with SL, direct mailers 25, 35 for those tv leads. There is plenty of FMOs that offer lead credits based on production. In fact there is a couple companies that pay 100% of your lead 1k lead drop for every 3k in prem.... 295 is stadard by the way, Monuemental offers there own lead program at that.

Yes the agent does have exclusive direct mail leads with us. The actual direct mail lead is returned to your address so we never touch them. No one can ever get a copy of your returned leads with this setup.

Free old leads are just what it states. A lot of marketing companies keep a copy of every lead that any agent works and they recycle them over and over. That's how that works.

So your saying on the $295/thousand deal the return piece goes direct to the agents office and never goes to SL?

To be fair most direct mail providers are at the $400+/thousand mark. Yes Monumental has a deal but not everyone has that price.

If Sl changed there old lead system, its news to me. Yes IF they charge 295 per drop, that isn't bad, street price is going to be $400. The old system everybody pays a flat high rate for leads and has to order them.

Yes the return direct mail lead goes straight to your office by us mail.

I will state it again. There is no such thing but if you believe it more power to you. For low producers like you who buy into that type program marketing companies love. Go get em Gordon

MGA since your are clueless, Or Greg whatever IP your hiding from, its FOR PRODUCING AGENTS.....not low producers, thats how you keep agents producing and happy. I guess you can continue burning through agents all you want. I actually had plenty of satisfied agents working independently that enjoyed free leads when they PRODUCED...so if you ever actually get agents that PRODUCE, try and keep them...:skeptical:

Gordon, I don't think I know you. But you sound just like any other LOSER agent sounds whether the LOSER comes from Securus, LH, SL, EFES, PHR, etc.

These LOSER agents always complain about the leads, the mgr., the Co., the prospects, the underwriting....everything except yourself.

Not everyone can be successful selling FE, and you sound just like one of the unsuccessful ones. That doesn't make you a bad person, but don't blame the system or the market when some enjoy hard fought success and some fall down and fail while blaming the path they are walking on.

I'm not MGA. Ask the moderator(s) of this forum to do their thing to show you. I don't even know who MGA is.

So, you and Greg are both recruiting for SL and you claim you start you agents 20 points higher than him?
Is this correct?

I don't even know who MGA is. He's probably higher up on the food chain than I am.

I did, I am not a heavy hitter anymore, prefer doing my investing and trading business. I am considering doing some telesales as I miss talking to people and miss the business. It seems like a better business model (telesales) vs driving all over and stuck in a 100 mile radius.

So I'm interested in the FE market, have gotten a ton of good info from agents on this forum regarding telesales and more. I sat in on the tail end of Senior Life's webinar and sent a multi-part question. Robert Shiver answered one of them, let me know that "yes" I could take commissions as earned, but it was interesting that he didn't answer what the persistency rate is. Does anyone on this forum know what it is compared to the average in the industry? Senior Life is definitely not on my short list but was kind of wondering none the less and wanted to share that with others even though it may have just been an oversight!

I would be interested in hearing from any agents that have been at Senior Life for more than 6 months and are successful without getting into the recruiting business.
