I do not believe they include outcomes. They will include codes and specifics like ht, wt. But really hit and miss on if and what they include.

Are you trying to say that each time an ins co pays a claim... say for Open Heart surgery, (or any other medical procedure for that matter) that they do not report a diagnostic code consistent with the procedure....?

Depends on what you mean by "outcomes". U/W decision may be more like it; issued preferred, declined, etc.

I stopped that many years ago...

Actually I did request my own MIB several years ago; essentially the equivilent of 'no file', of course I see very few Drs. We should request my wife's MIB, now there would be some codes.... as she is on the regular circuit of a good number of Drs helping keep their country club dues paid.
