Spoke to a couple,mid 50's,both with COPD that recently canceled coverage sold over the telephone by this operation. They became very upset when they received the policies,realized they were rated NT on the app included with the policy. They were furious with the agent,he wasn't returning calls,also hadn't set up the billing on the Mr.'s policy as agreed.

We went ahead and called Pioneer,Am Am in Waco to get an understanding of what they had bought and learned they both had graded coverage with a 3 year wait.
These folks were told they had 1st day full benefit.

Further fact finding proved that the person they thought was their agent was using "Larry Jones "

Their agent of record according to home office had a different name.

To much to type here but these folks were told the minimum they could take out was 20k.

They both had Obama phones and had no idea how the agent got their number.

Does this outfit sell strictly over the phone ?

Seems like a really shady operation.

Outfits that treat our people like this make it tough on decent agents out here doing the right thing.

If it's who I think, I run into these guys from time to time. They actually sell Face to Face. Like LH, they are nice and easy to replace because their main carrier is AM AM and they sell a lot of the Graded. You described something that I ran into last month in St Lucie!

FYI, the AM AM product that is sold over the phone has an interview. The interview company asks the prospect if they have used any tobacco products over the past 12 months! I actually sold a few of these!

If it was sold over the phone, the prospect had to flat out lie about the tobacco usage!

Again, this is one of the reasons that I generally give the agents the benefit of the doubt, while replacing their business.

Does T,NT even have an effect on the the Pioneer Am Am graded rate ?

Is there any way to prove who's lying without listening to an audio tape of the pos ?

When you have someone in front of you who's interested in you,your product,services,are you going to tell them they lied on the app about the tobacco ?

This was not a replacement since they cancelled in their 30 day free look.

Just took a peek at their website. Everyone has a suit and tie on. Everyone is either a sales manager,vp,ceo,cfo.

The videos of staff detail the opportunity to "living a dream of a lifetime" for those employed there.
