Does anyone work for Senior Life Services out of Florida? One of their recruiters called me today. I'm just trying to get some insight on the company. Thanks!

Never heard of them. But...there are so many mom and pop shops out there today it's insane! If they're not an actual company, they could just be a one man shop with a made up name? But, I may be wrong too? Who knows?

I'm suppose to talk with them Monday morning and then going to do a ride along to see how they operate. It is a captive position but with unlimited mailer leads. Their website claims that they spend approx. $20,000 per year on each agent for leads. They also send each agent to their Fla location for a week of training. I will post the specifics on commission rates after I talked with them to see if this is fair or not. Thanks!

Well, where do I begin as your question is pretty general? If you've seen my post's...I can go on and on and on with this question....LOL

Give me a little more and I will gladly tell you. I'm an open book.

Hey Guys! I talked with a Manager today with Senior Life Services. They start out at 50% commission and then appears to build from there over time. Is this typical for a captive agent? What I do like about them, they spend approx. 20 to 25,000 per year on mailers for each agent. It appears, I could definitely stay busy working with them. Also. they seem to have alot of on going training including flying me to Fla for a week for my initial training which is desirable to a an agent with only 6 months of experience. Although, the commissions seem low. Please, I really need help here! Thanks!
