Senior Life Unannounced Rate Increase-Normal/Abnormal?

I'm sure that will protect you against some fe salesman. But 90% of time I'm replacing that . And yes i agree if your a great salesman and you can bond with people then price overall can be overcome somewhat . But against what you said above its very simple. "Mrs Taylor what If you had $100k and went to a bank and they told you it wasn't insured would you put your money in that bank. NO. Well this legacy you were sold is not part of your insurance contract and is not GUARANTEED. Mrs. Taylor i sell GUARANTEES!!. When you pass I'll be there to give your kids this GUARANTEED check . Now understand I'm saying this in person with excitement and tremendous authority.Face to face is powerful. Again i know a ton is sold over the phone and more and more will be . I can only speak for myself and my sales ability .

Speaking of guarantees...How can you guarantee you'll be the one to hand the check over? You may have left that carrier, be retired, or be expired.

I never said that I guaranteed it'd be me giving them the guaranteed check . I said the check is guaranteed . But in the end the only 2 things we know in this fe business that we know are guaranteed are . 1. If it's a whole life the premium will never rise and the face amount will never decrease . 2. The claim will 100% be paid after 2 yrs if there's no crazy type fraud . Other than that it comes down to who's the better salesman.

BibH let me edumacate you a little. When I make a sale to Ms. Jones here's how I prevent you from replacing her policy.

I say "now Ms. Betty there may come a time down the road where another insurance man or woman talks to you. If one of them has something cheaper you're still better off keeping this policy with your Legacy membership and I'll show you why.

As I shared with you a little earlier Legacy will provide your casket, vault, and monument for $2950. And that $2950 stays locked into place even if you live another 30, 40, or 50 years. It always stays the same. But over at the local funeral home that same casket, vault, and monument is around $7000-$8000 at today's prices. So today Legacy is saving your children about $4000-$5000 on your funeral when the good lord calls you home. And can you imagine how much that casket, vault, and monument will be at that funeral home in just 10 years? 20 years? With Legacy it never goes up as it always stays locked into place at $2950! In 10 years ,your family will be saving even more that the $4000-$5000 at today's prices. That's because the funeral home's prices will keep going up and Legacy's stays the same!

And there are over 200 caskets you can pick from. That way no one in your family will be arguing over which casket to get momma, because you already picked out what you liked way ahead of time. And there's no charge when they ship it to the funeral home. This will make things so much easier on the saddest day of your children's lives. In fact, Legacy will be in your family's corner and they will help negotiate the price of your funeral, even getting price lists from local area funeral homes.

So when you look at the numbers, even if another agent had something $20 a month cheaper you're better off with this policy. That other company can save you $20 a month which is nice. But Sr Life with Legacy will save you $4000-$5000 which is so much nicer that just $20.

And don't forget you can add up to 4 other family members and they get every single savings that you do.....and they get it completely free! No one has to get a policy and no one has to pay a penny! And that includes you 94 year old momma too! Even though she's too old for insurance she's not too old for Legacy's savings. And your brother Harold with his HIV can be included completely free. And their savings start on day one! There's no waiting period for their savings!

That means you, your momma, Harold, and any 2 other family members will each save $4000-$5000 on their funeral expenses. Your $4 monthly membership covers everyone! That's a pretty good bargain for you and your family wouldn't you agree? (tie down)

And don't forget you and your 4 family members also get:
_a free hearing exam each year
_discounts on hearing aids
_discounts on diabetic socks and diabetic shoes
_24 hour telemedicine where you and they can talk to a doctor 24 hours a day 7 days a week
_And Legacy also makes sure your family is getting a great deal on the price of your funeral. You know how those funeral homes can be.

Ms. Jones I only ask 2 things of you. Invite me over to dinner with all that money you'll be saving and you tell all your friends what I did for you . (lol)

Nothing but a fairy tale told to a buyer. If it helped you sell a policy, good for you !

You're a pretty smart guy,right ?

Do you actually believe 2 or 3 weeks after the policy was sold:

They remember all these details ?

They remember the name of the company ?

They remember the face amount ?

All they care about is that it's done, they got sum insherance.

When the independent agent with better underwriting and lower premiums presents the opportunity to either get more face value for what their paying or lower premiums for their current face amount, the policy will be replaced.

Simple......Easy

It's all about the money. Nobody likes paying more for less, nobody.

Legacy is nothing more than smoke and mirrors once the skilled independent agent explains things to Miss Suzy face to face in real time.

The local undertaker serving the family has the assignment in the business office at his funeral home. He's in the catbird seat with the death benefit payable to his company. He will plan, sell, and finish whatever needed to comfort the family.

The beneficiary is going to trust the local funeral home, not some made up
story, fairy tale organization that helps Senior Life sell final expense

There's no such thing as anyone from Legacy Assurance meeting with the undertaker or decedent's family to negotiate the cost of a funeral.

Does your down line really believe these stories you tell them?

By the time you finished all of that they would have another age change.

If I am in the house you are already half out. True if someone is in one my homes also.

When I am referred to someone that says they have coverage first question is when was the last time the salesman has reached out to you. Let's me know how big a wedge to pull out of the tool box.

With Legacy-Assurance Ms. Jones gets a membership kit, laminated membership card with her ID # and name. Her kit includes her selection form so she can select the casket she wants. She has a nice big Legacy brochure which has Legacy's phone #. It also has a special place for my name and # on the outside cover. There's a toll free phone # and a Q&A section also. It also includes the Legqcy website.

Heck, it looks better than the policy! Upon death Legacy jumps into the family's corner to help negotiate the funeral's price. The beneficiary gets the check and Legacy helps protect the family from assigning an assignment form. And Legacy does speak with the family and also the funeral home on behalf of the family, with the sole purpose of lowering funeral expenses, etc.

Sr Life agents also get a free membership into Legacy. Once again you're squawking about something you don't understand. As far as being smarter than you....lol.....no comment....you might get confused again.

One thing for sure Greg . We can argue about whatever we desire . But the truth is there's very little loyalty in the fe game . Noah's correct when we walk out they forget what we say . If there's was loyalty we'd have very few people to see as few would mail the card in . Ever been back to see a client a few yrs later ?Many have bought another policy wether online or from tv . Many sure didn't call us . A good salesman can replace a good policy with an expensive one if he desires . Them be the facts

You really get your down line to believe that's how the death claim is processed ?

They "jump in" and "protect" the family from planning their loved ones funeral

You must be hittin' on some good stuff over there !

Wait! I think I have misunderstood the whole thing. They still have to pay out of pocket $2950 in addition to paying the $4.00 per month?
