SEO - For Insurance Agents

If you want to rank you have to break the rules.

I meant how much would a LTC agent be willing to pay for organic ltc leads. EX. I have a partnership with a health agency. that I generate exclusive leads for.

Might depend on how good the LTC agent is. I would imagine that the lead would be worth a lot more to an experienced pro. It is such a difficult sale for inexperienced agents that they might not be willing to pay a lot or pay consistently. I know lead vendors typically charge $20.00 for a shared lead and more for exclusive leads. Say $40.00 for exclusive. I think $25 per lead is fair. And I would assume the lead is within a 60 mile radius of the agent's hometown.

I am not claiming to be a SEO expert, however I don't know if it is a great idea to link build for your SEO contact. Good luck with that.

How many life policies a week do you think someone with good seo is writing? Let's say if they're getting five or more inquiries a day?

Can anybody please answer my question?

I'm just trying to figure out profitability. I'm getting ready to have a site built by a forum member.

Ask that Forum member. They should have other clients who can attest to his effectiveness I would think.....(or lack thereof).
Typically though, it can take several months to get any type of measurable lead traffic. Don't expect overnight success (unless this Forum member is a genius).

From the agents I work with who get 5 or more leads per day from organic traffic - it ranges from 1-4 applications per day. It all depends on the quality of your traffic and the skill of the agent working the leads.

Which forum member and what are the fees per month? He/she should be able to tell you how much traffic can be driven to your site.

Assuming you have good quality leads, use a 10% ratio of inforce/leads received. If you have good followup system and drip marketing in place, you should pick up an additional 5% over course of year.
