SR LIFE and LINCOLN HERITAGE

We have so many Floridians buying worthless mountain land that a billy goat couldn't climb that mountain property has gone out of sight. Most are trying to escape the high property taxes and cost of living found in Florida.

Deliverance? Sorry, wrong state.. That was filmed in Georgia.

I don't post all the contact information because I have no product to sell on the forum and I quit recruiting long ago. But I will send it to any who request it.

Oh, and as far as help, I would be glad to do whatever I can.. which probably wouldn't be much in the mind of most.. but I didn't see Sandra asking for help. She made a comment and then went off the deep end at Newby's response, which I might add was in context of the thread because if you go back and read it from the beginning you will find the thread was stared as a joke.

So lighten up Mike.. As an old man, I can tell you life is much more enjoyable that way.

Yeah, but I'm glad people are starting to figger out that Newbub character finally!:D

I knew he was up to no good!!;)

"My Internet pee-pee is bigger than your Internet pee-pee."

Good Lord, it's Friday, people...

And, just when did you see my internet pee-pee? :skeptical: Have a good weekend.

Watch it.. That is your meal ticket you are talking about. Would be a shame to have to do without all those great steaks. :1biggrin:

I like what she said.

Forget the Wheaties comment....like that's helpful.

I think she hit it bang on. I'm in Florida too. I know what she's talking about.

So, put your money where your mouth is with your "offer".

When are you coming down to Florida "bro"....?

Thank you for your concern. But yes even in Florida I will be most happy to personally deliver any freshly sold LH policies if I can help a fellow agent out.

I'm just giving that way.

Yo Mark, my comment was directed to the other "guru" Newbury, NOT YOU.

You're not my bro either. I wasn't talking to YOU.
And why would anybody come to Florida?
You say that, and you're in Tennessee. So what makes you so special?

I worked Tennessee once. How do you spell "Deliverance"?
I now understand why you need all the preservatives you can get.

But hey, you're a "Guru".....LOL

I don't know why you don't post your public information like most "Gurus".

If you want my phone number, or my home address, just let me know.

As I said Bro, I wasn't talking to you.

That poor kid, sounds like most, just trying to make a living and you of all experts have your Wheaties comment.....

Another tough talking "expert" and oh-so-willing-to-help....

And as to Scott, I haven't seen his posting about when he's coming to FLA with his gun to help deliver the policies....God Bless Him too.

I have done a lot of work with LH. And very little with SL. The only difference that I noticed between the two is that in 6 years LH has never missed a pay check. SL. I can't say the same. There is reason that SL refuses to be rated and LH has an A rating.

And the reason is? :skeptical:

They are not rated because they are not finacially strong and they don't want people to see that they would have a D rating. Im still waiting on some commissions three months later. Not including the commissions my manager was supossed to split with me when we did our training. His check still hasn't cleared even though he's the vp of sales.

Each individual State Dept. of Insurance determines if an insurance co. is financially sound enough to do business in that state. AM Best, etc. have no determination in financial strength, although everyone seems to be misinformed. Remember, Shanandoah and the others the last few years?

If your former mgr. is screwing you then it's your former mgr., not the Co. that's screwing you. Who was your former mgr.? I'm sure SL would like to know about these things as it is bad publicity that is caused by that mgr., not the Co. itself.

I can tell you're bitter waiting 3 mos., I'd be bitter also. Your former mgr. needs to be called out on this if ALL your info is correct. Maybe they're waiting for your advances to be paid back by biz on the books?

Be careful. Senior life is watching this thread very closely. Even though you are speaking the truth, they will send cryptic messages to you, making you nervous about posting the truth ...

I understand why I didn't get my commissions. And realistically im not waiting on them as they will never come. My manager is out of california and is one of the two SL agents that wrote a book on final expense. If your with SL then you know who im talking about.

Thanks for clarifying about the rating I must have been misinformed. And its NEVER the co's fault that's why the agents are 1099 so the co doesn't have to take responsibility for bad things that go on in their agencies.

I am 1099 but my companies pay me direct and not my manager. I would never sign a LOA contract where my up line pays me.

I've never heard about any SL agents from Ca. writing a FE book. How can I get a copy to read?

PS....Why didn't you get your commissions?

To: Insurance Forum Agents:

I have always had a strong desire to be of service to my fellow man. Therefore, after reading the threads on this forum, I have decided it would be best if I contracted with Sr. Life and Lincoln Heritage and do away with all my existing contracts.

This has been a painful decision to make. I like the companies I have and think they do provide fair value to my clients. However, I think I can serve a certain segment of the population far better by undertaking the proposed changes.

I will limit myself to selling in the state of Tennessee. I would consider branching out into Kentucky but JD and Newby have all the inventory they can handle. However, I am sure that Reardon, Jacobtn, Volagent and others could use a helping hand.

I am sure everyone here will wish me the best in my future endeavor.

Sincerely,

Louis Rouse

I am so glad that I procrastinated and have not out my plan into motion. With all the "clean up" of the forum, had I done so, many of the FE guys would not be able to speak to me at all anymore since they can't say anything bad about a fellow agent.
