Starting With Securus

Securus is becoming the new SL and the old LH sounds like. They finally called me back from 2 weeks ago and some young guy calls, hes out in the field driving and says we can start you on 55% contract. This is after I told him I had 12 years of experience..lol

Quick promotion. I can send you the promotion chart if you'd like.

And to add to everyone's delayed response comments, sounds like you're not dealing with the right people. Email me if interested, quick response, no delay and I'll get the right people TO the right people. Securus is a great company, you can't judge a beach by the fat chick laying in the sand.

I don't know a lot about Securus, but I will agree with you that. They apparently have some bad apples as do all organizations. But, I also know they have some excellent, excellent people there, too.

I would not hesitate for a second to deal with Tim W. if I was looking for a place move my business.

Yep, you need to get in connection with Tim W., Fred E., or Rob R. if you want better commission levels AND superior training at Securus.
I would not touch Securus, a couple shmucks from NJ that recycle leads and continue to sell them to agents when they should be free. The commission levels are way below what I would get with even PHR or any other reasonable FMO. I talked to EFES and it sounded like a much better operation. Better lead system and higher contracts, and you get lower lead costs as you produced...I would also want is one writing number for the leads and another straight street contract for generating business off referals and working lists and other means...

Gordon -- unfortunately, Securus made the wrong decision in going down the NAA route -- now they have people with delusions of grandeur who have no experience selling insurance recruiting anyone with a pulse and offering uncompetitive commission levels.

The truth is if you actually talk to a regional manager and get appointed under him versus being 4th in a downline hierarchy, you'll get very good levels of commission.

Well that was certainly descriptive.
