Actually not it's 18 months old from a trip to Costa Rica...however - you should only look as good at 63...but since we're slinging sh$t:
Now - You don't want to be embarrassed and compare the wives - do you?
I would back off this stuff, Barry. You'll lose a lot of credibility with personal attacks.
I'm an internet guy too and believe it's the future but that doesn't mean every other way sucks.
Wino works all referrals, some of the other guys work all f2f leads (many of which are sourced online) and crush it.
At the end of the day, we're all insurance agents. Prospecting is the hardest part and some methods are more efficient than others but most of them still work and can be very lucrative.
We're all on the same team here.
I lived in Brooklyn for 12 years...I get it.Agreed...deleted most of the posts...
You can take the guy out of Brooklyn but can't take the Brooklyn out of the guy...
This is one of the best videos I've seen in a very long time! Thanks for the upload.
Not to beat a dead horse...but if you follow Belfort's lead on identifying the Buyers vs. the Kickers..it's seems to me that you can be so much more efficient with dropping them out of your pipeline within just 2 minutes on the phone...or funneling them out before they even make it there...
It's even quicker at the door.
I agree with all of your concepts.
It also sounds like you agree that return on time is a more important metric in this market than return on investment, correct me if I'm wrong.
I'll look at your numbers and specifics later.
I sense some good debates in our future, Brooklyn.
How would you ever get to the million $$??[/QUOTE said:Overrides?
If you come to our meeting in San Diego this year, you'll meet Anthony.Absolutely agree.
It's been said that Anthony Martin made a million $$ in gross commission in one year 100% over the phone. I have to believe him. I personally 100% know that you can make over a million $$ commission selling by phone (not necessarily FE)...
BUT - regardless of anything else - does anyone here believe that they could ever make over a million $$ by selling f2f? I'd have to break down the numbers - but, with the example I proposed (and please correct me if I'm off) you would call 2 deals for $1,320 gross pretty good for the day? That took the full 9 hours...so $1,320 day x 20 days x 12 months = $316,800 gross. That's working 5 days a week every week...How would you ever get to the million $$??

What meeting would this be? Where, exactly?
