Appreciate it--90% is what I've always heard f2f.Decent Final Expense agents will have placement and persistency above 90%.
Idk about averages, but I would guess an average agent would be closer to 80% on both those. And an excellent, top-tier agent would be 95% or higher.

All I can think for the discrepancy between telesales and f2f placement is f2f must feel more "real," more like "business," vs telesales is like Home Shopping Network, Amazon or Temu.
There's also writing 45-50 people a month over the phone, more people = higher potential for NSF.
