Telesales - Brutal Truth

Would not recommend working with Daviso to the OP. You will need non-resident licenses in about 15-20 states to get started to utilize all the "free" leads. You can't survive very long on 50% with 75% advance.

Think about this before proceeding. Look up Todd Daviso (username Digfesales105) on this forum and read his comments and ask yourself if you could work with someone like him.

So you guys don't sell any other carriers other than AmAm?

We do have a GI carrier, but write very little with them since we require an AmAm policy in the household to be sold.

Nope and they are captive I think. You also sign a 1 or 2 year non compete and can't sell over the phone like they do for that time if you leave. Unless I'm wrong on that.

Our agents are captive, and do sign a 12 month non-compete, you are correct.

Final Expense Telesales is one of the LEAST Viable ways to make a living.

The placement and persistency are the LOWEST in the Life insurance world.

The service work is the HIGHEST amount in the Life insurance world.

The guys that do it are pretty much slaves to the phone.

Yes, I have done telesales and it was a brutal experience for someone like me who is a natural field agent.

I would rather drive 6 hours away and stay a couple days in a hotel to make good field sales door knocking leads, than to be hand fed TV Leads for telesales prospects.

Then you don't know ANYTHING about telesales. Tells us..what was your "experience". Not much. LOl Slave to the phones?

I believe "GymGuy" was doing really well selling FE over the phone as an independent producer. I haven't seen him on here in a while.

I think Doug Massi also sells over the phone part of the time... I have seen him mention it on here before.

Sorry. Based on Dougs comments and knowing him....he is a typical field guy. Just like I was years ago. He goes off of the typical field agent mindset. He has honed his craft on field selling.

Just like we honed our craft on telesales. Stooges like most on here talk **** about telesales because they can't do it. They don't have the drive or know how to actually sell.

Again...anyone is welcome to stop in. Columbus,, OH. Talk your **** and see that it doesn't work. My agents have freedom to come and go. yet they are there at 9 and work past 5. It's how you get it done.

Who else has an average of $3K per agent per week??? No nights or weekends.

While most of you douches bust your ass driving all around. Talk is cheap.

I dabbled with it for a few months a little bit last year but it was really tough to sit in an office and be a slave. I'm built for the road!

Am finding it interesting that the guys that came on here sharing about their success, actually run call centers... And the female agents that are successful are in their call centers...

Having TV Leads/Live transfers is the way to go but you can't do that unless you are in a call center environment.

Exactly. So how do you think you earned the right to say things you know nothing about. You dabbled. Try actually learning it. Put the real time in.

Then you can earn the right to give advice.

lets see...15 -20 states? That would be AWESOME! But not true. But doesn't it make sense that YOU at least invest something??? I mean...we get our agents brand new avatars and TV leads....EVERY....DAY!?!?! LOL Could you maybe invest "something"?

Plus...yes. I would strongly recommend you look me up. That way you know....you join our team...you better come to work. This isn't for old dudes...part timers....lazy non sales people. Work. Follow our system. Live in Columbus or LaGrange so you can work in our office. Otherwise don't contact us because you can't do this.

Sorry if my bluntness "offends" you snowflake. But most FE agents are lazy and a complete whining waste of time who can't sell and are broke as a joke. Yet they want guys like me to pay for everything and not bring it.

Sorry. It's the truth. Most of the IMO's on here are applauding me right now for saying this because it's true! I just don't need to hide and keep my mouth shut. My team kills it. Everyday. they don't come on here and cry like little bitches because it makes them feel good about being a complete loser.
