Years ago, I worked for a fundraising company delivering the cheesecakes the kids had sold. One such delivery took me right into the heart of NYC to a Catholic girls school. As I walked through the halls, a couple of the girls asked me, "How tawl are you"?

The cut off for a midget is 4'10'' and under. Maybe JD's thinking of Todd as a "mental midget" since he keeps bringing JD's wife into the argument, which is very small of Todd.
