Thad’s FB leads

In this 3 minute audio I answer the #1 question... "Why does it "feel" like Facebook leads are so difficult to get ahold of" at least that is what the typical agents thinks. (Solved)

And then you comment "How do I get a hole of him?"

Set ups like that don't come along every day.

LOL! That was funny, but he does make a valid point in his audio though...

Why are all these facebook vendors using a 50 mile radius? Thats crazy in a big city. You could be swinging around 100 miles . Does it cost more to pinpoint down to county's ? Everyone and there mother selling FB leads now. So these vendors selling them for $17. What are they paying? $10-$12?

I bought my first FB leads this week. Got a few every day. Called them and just like DM here people won't answer the phone. Saw on Fox this week that polling companies have a hard time in FL because when people don't recognize the number they don't answer. Door knocked 2 days. 12 doors and made contact with 7. 1 denied doing it, 1 already bought and sat down with 5. Sold 2. The other 3 set a future appointment. All but 2 were very nice. All were FE people meaning older ages and a fixed income. Surprisingly most were healthy and had no coverage. Happy with these type of leads.

Indeed ... my DM lately have been a lot of very unhealthy GI type folks, and also many folks with good life insurance coverage that they bought when much younger, who have developed significant health issues that make replacement a not so good idea (for them or for me). I love coming across a relatively healthy person with no coverage or too little coverage.

Also there are at least 2 other agents in my area working FB leads. I don't think the vendor I used would run ads for multiple agents, but who knows. I was hoping I had a new source that other agents haven't heard of yet.
