What would prevent a company from doing a 700 mailer on a 1000 order and just putting your name on the list ? The only way to 100% know is get copy if the form mail houses get for mailings from the post office.
I guess I'm not as suspicious as you lol
Did you get that form from Mainstreet Powermail when you mailed that 3000 pieces that returned only 8 leads?
You mean your on the mailing list and get the actual mailer .
Yes.
Will they mail the hard copy's to you?
Yes, and they charge $10 extra per order for that service.
I'm using were they mail back in provided envelope. Supposedly due to being more private return rates higher .
I also use a return envelope mailer: The prospect can use the envelop, and even iff they forget and just put the card in the mail the card will return to the mail house.
Being a door knocker I love the colored cards at the door . I'd love to see a combo card of yellow and pink .
Over the years I have used yellow, pink, green, and blue. I have not noticed any color being in any way "better" than any other. I a different color with each mailing so when the cards come back in I know by the color how long ago it went out and what area it is coming back from so it goes into the right pile for routing.
Knocking with thew colored card 100% eliminates, for me at least, the "I don't remember" objection. As soon as they see that card their eyes usually light up and they smile and they say "oh, yes, I sent that back."
Then they say, "I thought you were going to mail me something" lol
I say "We already did - we mailed you this card!"
I checked my mail dashboard this morning and the seed card is still not among the pieces to be delivered. It will be two weeks this coming Tuesday. In the past, it was not unusual for me to start getting back the first couple of cards or so at the two week mark. [I just checked and the last FE mail order I sent out, I got the first 4 leads back 17 days after the mail went out. To match that pace, I'd have to have leads coming in by this coming Friday.
