The only debit policies I haven’t been able to replace our the agents that come back and lie to the client about what they have after they’ve faced some degree of competition.
 
Trying to say that independent final expense doesn’t work in an urban area is just crazy talk.
To some extent it depends on the urban area in question, IMO. And I'm not saying it doesn't work. I'm saying it's tougher on persistency, and a mistake to start new agents there. When the chargebacks start hitting within just a few months, they fail out. I know. I work there every day!
 
I always found rural selling much worse.
More drive time, more higher income/less need folks, and such. In the urban lead group you’ll get LOW or NO income. In the suburban/rural you’ll get to high an income and more “I’ve had prudential for 125 yrs Why would I need more?” People.
