This is a voicemail lead I got about 3 months ago. It was so original I wanted to call the guy! As you can tell, he was trolling one of my gals
Obviously this was not sent to an agent as a lead, but it was shared
This made my day, hilarious...

Yea, some leave their phone number but it doesnt matter, we already have it and always include it in the lead report we send out. They are all expecting a call.
