Tips From Top Producers To Combat Coronavirus Objections

I am not new to Life Ins., but I am new to this Forum. I am looking for a new home and have been taking notes for 2 weeks of who is selfish and stupid, and who has the right mindset when it comes to the Senior Market we SERVE!

Kind of wildly assuming here, aren't you? How would you know their sales numbers? (Except for @DayTimer , who sometimes posts his)

My sales numbers are "poor."

I also don't buy leads, don't do project 100, nor knocking on people's doors. I also have a pretty high closing percentage when I talk to someone on the phone.

I do have other options. That doesn't minimize what I do and how I'd do it if I was working insurance full time.

Some people are 1 or 0. This business is about adjusting when appropriate.

Don't want to do it? Okay. Good luck to you.

WTF!

Why do you insist on telling people what to do?

How is he endangering other people's life?

Is he infected?

Did I miss something?

i think they are assuming everyone is infected.

However if everyone on this thread posts their COVID-19 test results....The insult slang fest from the likes of Travis and Todd and whoever else would come to an end

perhaps talking about your strategies, adjustments, tips, etc would be more helpful for the seniors instead of wasting time insulting agents

y'all are supposed to be wise, mature and level-headed but all I've seen is trolling with ridiculous memes, name-calling, and unnecessary insults.

Most people don't receive your message when it's sent like that.

Bro, I think you're playing the victim a little.

I actually did throw out a way for you to convert your appointments away from in person to telesales. I also share how I market.

However, as you said in another thread, you "pay" your upline for all that training. Maybe you should check with them.

Or insisting that they post their virus tests. Stop talking, dude.

But since you finally, in a way, asked a question, I'll share what I'm doing, even though I'm still working it out:
1) Like @WinoBlues and others have suggested, I'm calling my existing clients, just to see how they're doing. Perfect opportunity to review their coverage, beneficiaries, etc. That will likely lead to some sales conversations.
2) I'm reaching out to lapsed cases to try to get them reinstated or rewritten (by phone).
3) I don't buy leads, but I do get orphan leads from one of my carriers. It's a small, regional carrier, and can't do an app by phone or e-sig. But I'm still selling those by phone, then mailing the app for sigs.
4) If I run out of people to call, I've got a stack of aged leads I can work by phone.

Look, I already know I'm not as effective over the phone as I would be face to face. I'm hoping the additional activity I should have by not driving from place to place will make up for that. Then, too, the ones I can't close by phone and/or mail, I'll hold for when it's safe to doorknock again.

Nope not playing victim- just stating how many times have you called people idiots and morons?

Or I could invoice you for my time engaging in conversation with you. So I can have money to pay my mangers.

whats your email?

Well then people should stop insisting that agents have Coronavirus and are infecting senior clients when they don't know the agents health status

Aside from that I think that is the most helpful thing you've posted thus far.
