Tips From Top Producers To Combat Coronavirus Objections

Producers look for reasons to sell while your average agent looks for reasons to stay average!
The discussion is about common sense and adaptation. You have to be able to adapt to be able to survive.

When I 1st got into the biz, it was door to door canvassing. Then came telemarketing using a phone book. Then came the DNC. Then came data lists. Then came DM/TM/FB leads. Know we're talking about adapting to telesales.

Don't be one of those guys that think their way is the only way or it's wrong. Pivot and adapt. :)

You're completely missing the point, again.

Ffs... The "insults" are because you continue to be completely daft.

1) You're clear when you take the test. Great. It doesn't mean that you can't catch it from someone you see and transmit it to someone else, despite being "completely healthy."

2) With FE, you're seeing a clientele that is more susceptible to serious complications. They are naturally suspicious of people trying to rip them off. Now they see they can catch a virus even from a "healthy person." Intentionally or not, you are creating undue stress in an already stressful situation.

You're being told to grow up because you're acting like a child.

Right! Says the person who can't get his point across without name-calling but I digress.

That doesn't sound like the agent guy I used to know. The agent guy I knew always seemed like a very sensible, sharp kind of guy; however, he was also very hard working. Maybe he has more drive than common sense! If your in fact referring to agent guy.

I think this is a good time to work out of the office; if you must work at all.. .Many so called experts believe this "CHINA VIRUS" is widely being spread by the use of gas pumps.

What do you do when you sell FE? You pump gas, pee and visit elderly people. The average FE buyer is both elderly and uneducated. They also tend to live in filthy homes.

Then consider the cleanliness of the average "ghetto" drive through bathroom!

I am staying home!

It is probably safe to say that between January 2, 2020 and March 13, 2020 I knocked more doors than most of y'all will knock the whole year.

Aren't you doing the same? You just want them to do something different from what I am suggesting, right?

You really are a moron. I've not left my house since Monday, March 16th and I have no intention of doing so anytime soon. It is supposed to snow here tonight, and if it does I will likely venture out to a grocery store to top up some supplies for my kids while the stores will be more empty of people than normal. My kids are home from school. Right now we are all healthy and asymptomatic, thank God.

You are the one who has been going about like there is nothing to be concerned about. You are the one insisting on putting innocent others potentially in harm's way.

If y'all would work as hard as you should be working when times are good you'd not have to be so cranky and criminally insane when times are rough.

I'm not going to stoop down to your level and call you names.

You are just spouting baseless claims at this point.

I never said there wasn't anything to be concerned about. If that's the assumption you made based on what your irrational fear caused you to interpret from my posts then so be it

I find it interesting that the guys telling us to get out in the field and disregard all evidence to the contrary are builders telling producers to get out there.

By the way, my agency voluntarily closed our offices last week. We have been asked to refrain from face to face meetings with each other and with clients and prospects.

That speaks volumes as to the character of our management and how they value both their agents and the public we serve.

I'll say it again, you shouldn't be out risking your own life. You have no right risking someone else's.
.

And yet you keep telling us what we should and shouldn't do!

FYI #25 in life sales puts you at average, so stop trying to convince us that your something you'll never be.

Get up off your "Forum" high horse and STOP TELLING US WHAT TO DO!

Here's my Coronavirus series where I SUGGEST you do what you think you should do!

i totally agree.

it's one thing to suggest to newer agents - learn to adapt.

but it's another thing to suggest to newer agents - "you stupid moronic idiots with Coronavirus (oh I don't know your health status) but you're ugly and cold and callus and hate your clients" and by they way I make 10 million in sales and youre dumb af"

If your argument has digressed to the point where your feelings are hurt because someone calls you a daft fool, a moron, or an *** because you're acting like one, you've already lost this discussion.l
