I see the big problem coming from direct mail saturation rates.
Look at EFES they have 1000 agents lets say they mail 1000 pieces per week for each agent thats 1 million pieces per week and thats just one FE outfit. This in my opinion is unsustainable, as I have eluded to in other posts about why big FE outfits come and go, the law of diminishing returns kick in and the deal blows up on everybody.
The mailhouse will not complain and encourage yet even more mail....imagine that.
The regional mgrs wont complain because the more bodies they have means more business or so they think. Remember Mah.
