Kidding aside, do you have a mission statement? Are you cheetah fast?

Define yourself, do the round table. Why do your clients like you? Is it because you always smell fresh?

Are you kidding ? We don't use these ads !!! I said the girls came up with these ideas, not that I used them...thus the inference to liability insurance

We also have a coding system to tag each new file with the origin of the app. Very easy to generate a report to verify ROI.

No offense So Cal but I have a very systematic approach to referrals. We announce our referral program and the names of everyone who referred someone in each newsletter. We feature the names as the $10 gas card winners, we also list the monthly $50 gift card winners from the referral program. Every new client is mailed a free gift w/several cards at the 30 day point in the relationship and an outline of the referral program. Each referral gets a personal handwritten note from myself with their gas card when they've referred someone. We do not ask for referrals, we simply thank the heck out of people for sending them and they send more.

would you mind elaborating on your approach for referrals. What cost vs profit are you experiencing. I have not tried this, but some have said people quickly forget about "building your business." I am interested in your results.

NewGuy, were you thinking of filling in policy count ? Insuring 3723 one family at a time? I think that is a real eye catcher, gonna have to get a electronic billboard for changing those#'s


Also thinking instead of a plain old # maybe "for a live person call ####"


Think I'll take that advice about consulting with some clients for their input. If I can gather a few ideas here, I will get some "live" feedback from where the rubber meets the road.
