When I was using signs I tried to put them up on at least 2 consecutive corners. One to catch the eye, and the other to have the driver make note of the number. The resuts were good, especially if you were working a virgin trerritory.
I don't see many signs up now. The 'diabetes' sign awhile, (it's the only insurance sign I see), and the rest for a variety of other services.

Lawn sign is for garage sales. Its a poor way to advertise a business.
