Whether they need your commissions to live is irrelevant, they want overrides or they wouldn't be here recruiting. Not sure what the 1% or 10% of anything means ? your logic is getting fuzzy.

I'm not sure. I've heard that they don't enforce the Baptized part, but that's 3rd hand news. I guess you'd have to ask the Home Office.

Thought the question was on the agent's report. If so, that is not a part of the contract and cannot be used to contest.
