Because 90% of landlines are on the DNC list and the saturation of DM, I think door knocking is coming back.
Have you ever tried it?

I noticed when I was shopping around was so many people sell them for more than what they pay! What a joke, I can't stand thieves

sure! Most people get leads off shore.what I noticed when I was shopping around was so many people sell them for more than what they pay! What a joke, I can't stand thieves, I'd never do that to anyone trying to breakout into the industry! Oh and when I inquire about there leads they all warn me about offshore leads! There are so many lead vendors. & Wow, they've all been super helpful also, get yourself ready because AI its coming full force, most of the connections I've spoke to have little to zero understanding of it, or blockchain technology. There are usually more ways than one to skin a cat. But, for the foreseeable future DM is the preferred lead source for all or most of the heavy hitters in FE. It appears that only a handful of agents have been able to survive and prosper with telesales. LinkedIn is prob a good way to connect with certain markets but I can't see it working for FE, I doubt if the vast majority have ever even heard of it much less being a member. Will the FE industry change over time? I feel sure it will but I also feel that DM will be the king for several more years. Just my thoughts.

MOO's number 1 agent did 200k off of telesales and 700k in total for the year. They're plenty of telesales FE agents they just dont post on this forum because of how ignorant most people are to it lol.

Yep, I think that I implied that some do well in telesales but most of the successful FE agents do DM. Statistically, over 90% of all agents tap out in the first year; I suspect that one can enhance their odds of failing by focusing on telesales. Just my opinion.
