W P for Nursing Home Admission or Similar?

Are there any final expense companies besides Monumental that will waive their life premiums or pay up the policy in the event of permanent nursing home admission or home health nursing care?

Settlers, Lafayette, ForeThought, American Memorial are some that do off the top of my head.

Lafayette is heavy underwriting, AM is only competitive on the old folks, so it is between Settlers and Forethought. Has Forethought stabilized their underwriting yet? I understand they might have funeral trusts available for the final expense products. True? I would be using this company as an add on to our pre-need program, maybe Settlers would be the best fit. What would you suggest?

Settlers has funeral trusts not ForeThought (on the FE product.) foreThought only has funeral trusts for the TrustGuard product. You don't need the funeral trusts anyway, just assign the policy to one of the funeral homes if you are doing Preneed and you have the exact same protection.

Lafayette underwriting is no stricter than ForeThoughts. Settlers is in that same ballpark too. All three of those companies are stricter when you write the app but are much better about paying contestible claims than most FE companies.
