Thought I'd give you all a heads up.

Had a lady who was qualified in all ways, except she rides the electric scooter at Wal-Mart when grocery shopping.

Lady has arthritis and can't walk for extended periods of time, but can get around doing in-house activities satisfactorily.

I applied her for Immediate Preferred; came back Easy Solution (2 Year ROP).

So don't submit scooter-riders to Monumental, even if they only use them on very rare occasions -- they will rate them down, and waste your time going back to try to save/re-apply elsewhere.

How did they know she used that?

it's one of the questions on the monumental app.

10-4 -- updated questions on the app.

I figured I'd give it a shot and see what they'd say about typical stuff we'd expect from our FE prospects -- the occasional scooter-driver at Wally World.

Looks like they don't want that kind of business.

Monumental asks if you have used where many apps ask if you are confined to

Big difference.

Monumental also considers sleep apnea as oxygen use according to their new app.

Yea it says in their agent guide that use of a scooter even if just at the store is a yes.

That is such a dumb question to ask too. Can somebody explain to me their reasoning, or do they just not want as much business?

Whatever their reason it's probably stupid. Medicare pays for scooters so if you don't have one you don't really need one. The ones at Wallyworld are just an amusement ride for those folks.
