For 2016, will Wellcare still have the PURL site available to agents so clients can enroll online? That is, the client enrolls online and the agent is listed as the "agent of record".

Why are you asking was there some communication to indicate otherwise, or some other indicator?
I got the email today for recerts, but I haven't done it yet. I dont know why I care.I have a few still on the books but what they did with suffolk county NY was disgusting I had a bunch of clients there and then the made Suffolk noncommissioned then they discontinued the plan and opened a new plan forcing the client to switch and cutting commissions. I dont know if I would write another wellcare plan but I do want to keep what I have left

Just did the cert for Wellcare and no mention of the PURL.
