What Client Tracking Software Do You Use and Why?

I used ACT last year at my old job. I hated it. technically, it did everything and more that I would need, but I needed an advanced degree to learn it. For me it wasn't very intuitive.

I am in the process of learning YIO right now. So far so good...

I've used it so long I can't remember when it was confusing. But I know it was because I had an ACT for Dummies book.

Well ACT works for me. My friend just recommended it a few months ago.

Im using ACT but Im in the process of switching to a custom built program that will track not only my clients and their information but also track commissions. ACT is complicated and does not play well with other programs. I find that the double and triple entry of clients into a database and a commissions program is just ridiculous.

why do people search for athread that is over a year dead?

and their reply doesnt even say amything useful?

I don't think they search for the old threads as much as they show up at the bottom of the screen on some threads as "similar threads". Doesn't seem to be a date filter on what shows up there. Some may go to one of those not realizing how old it is.
