Not hard for a crooked agent if they have the cooperation of the client. They simply coach the client on what to say during the phone interview. That is the reason some companies did not want to do an interview with the agent present.

Jd unless one of fex ‘s top 15 and kskj’s agents is lieing to me . Obviously I can’t list his name . Jd I have several top tier fex agent friends so I know a lot of what’s going on .My friend not with fex is at 115% with kskj .

If an FEX agent not in management told you they are at 115% with KSKJ they did not tell you the truth. So you do not know.

But I know a guy that's got 150% with KSKJ and they give him free leads and set appointments for him. Of course I can't name him but I know!!

I’m not pinning shit on agents . I find it fascinating how you take a lead card and tell me your replace an agent in the house 3-5 yrs . That’s some weak ass agents . You bring that shit to my clients your app will be cancelled I assure you of that . Matter of face if you come back to that house the door will be slammed in your face as I spend 5 mins on “he’s coming back . Slam the door in his face . Never answer the phone from him . “ I’m the most vicious retention agent on the planet “

I do not claim that I have ever written as much as you, but I have written my fair share and have attended company conventions.

I am not attacking any agent that writes business and does it honestly. I admire their accomplishments.

You are the one that asked how it could be done if a phone interview was involved. And, now are upset that I answered you. If I wanted I could go back and find plenty of cases you have referred to agents being dishonest. I guess you are pinning it on agents when you talk about that?

Wrong again. Those agents tell them to not answer the phone if I call. To not answer the door if I come by.

They answer. They welcome me in if I go back.

Same would happen with you. Just ask yourself, would a person rather do business with a professional agent or with an angry at the world bully?
