I can't believe you are so willing to lie on a open forum when everyone knows your name. So you are going to admit that Equita was perfectly fine with you having other contracts and deals outside of them and that you had contracts and deals outside of them with or without there knowledge? Think very carefully how you answer. But But But wasn't the lawsuit about the fact that you had other contracts (not allowed) and "deals" outside of Equita, hence you stole a downline (you did that to Thad also). So should we ask Chase and Ryan and the other guys at Equita that were just like you (recruiters) if it was ok to have deals and contracts outside of Equita, I wouldn't think that was allowed when your an Employee and I am 100% sure you were captive. Just a little common sense tells me so. So once again the Bible thumper just lied again. It's ok guys like just think they can ask forgiveness and it's ok. God may forgive you but us mortals won't we know your lies.

When it comes to business, the ones that use that as a way to gain trust most definitely are liars, the ones that NEED to preach it loud 24/7 when it comes to business are usually guilty of something. The best ones are the ones your not sure are christians or not but they just act and live right but they are real people, I could name a few I have met that people are aware of but it wouldn't matter, I have meet the good, the bad, and the ugly, it doesn't take long to figure out which ones to run from and which ones to hang out with.

Listen up Shootah McGavin, all I am asking for is the promotional guidelines. It was Ben and Todd and You that started slinging mud. You guys are the ones attacking me and my faith. If EFES had "ANY" evidence of their accusation's, and if they could produce anything that said I was captive then I am sure it would have turned out different. That is why the Judge dismissed their case altogether. "No evidence"
