All are very valid points. In fact, a local newspaper highlighted one man who not only went in for breakfast, but went back again at lunch. Didn't say how much he tipped. Bet he had some nasty indigestion, though!

I haven't eaten at a Denny's since we ate at the counter one time, and I actually watched them make my Moon Over My Hammys, which was a dish I enjoyed...until then. Never been back. It was one of the most disgusting experiences of my life.

Then again, I have only recently started watching Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen nightmares (?) on fancast.com. Holy crap you wonder how some of these joints survive. Then you wonder where's the Health Department?

So Denny's is on my list along with Waffle House and Cracker Barrell.

Try a local real estate office. Most of them have pretty unused conference rooms that they may let you use to bring bodies in the door.

It's worth asking. Might partner up with someone who wants to talk about reverse mortgages or ??? and go for it.
