# 1) Trusting the Untrustworthy.
Isn't there a binding agreement(contract) preventing others from "stealing" a downline?

Nope........................................................
Ben, that's got to be tough. But that let's you know you might be dealing with some unethical crooks. Who wants to build a team knowing someone in the organization could steal your downline? That's one thing we don't have to worry about. Peace.
We live and learn. It's business! It just made me start looking in more detail on my vision for my agency. I found the right fit and made the move (which was scary as hell!) but it has been 100 times better than I would have ever imagined. Looking back, I am glad all of the things happened exactly as they did.
Does Todd or Newby allow those kinds of bad deeds in their organizations? Anyone else that you know of? Seems like that kind of bad behavior should be exposed on the forum, especially since we are helping each other for the greater cause. Thoughts?

I can answer for Newby...no. No one steals down lines at Fex. We really don't even encourage having downlines. Most of our agents just want to produce not recruit.
In Ben's case I assume when he says someone was stealing his down line he means one of his peers was doing it to him not his upline doing it. It was one of the other recruiters?
I'm happy for you Ben that you are in a good place to make a fresh start. Not trying to stir the poop. I was just confused. When there is talk of stealing downlines I automatically assumed you meant your up line was doing it.
Huge red flag for anyone interested in working with 360.
