Does Todd or Newby allow those kinds of bad deeds in their organizations? Anyone else that you know of? Seems like that kind of bad behavior should be exposed on the forum, especially since we are helping each other for the greater cause. Thoughts?

You probably know better, but it's an honest question. No, we don't steal or try to steal any agents from our downlines. Also, most of our agencies are not on this forum much, or at least they don't make comments. It's rare that we see an agent want to leave for another agency we have.

Sometimes we will have an agent ask us for a release by going around his upline, but we always refer them back to the upline and also let the upline know about it. We encourage anyone in our downlines that releasing an agent is the best thing to do, unless the agent owes money to the agency or the insurance company.

If it was another 360 manager poaching agents, then would Brad Allen not have to at least guilty of Turing a blind eye to it happening? Should he not tell the agent to either cease and desist or be terminated?

It's been my experience that so long as those at the top are getting their's, they tend to not give a ****.
