I didnt wanna really go here, I was patient, polite via e-mail and yet no response after numerous attempts to get what is owed to me back that John had promised
Heres an e-mail sent to me after only receiving 5 leads and week 3 had gone by. I had e-mailed to inquire as to the other half of my order
Here's his response, and I have invited John to come on here and discuss this matter for all to see so we can just lay everything out on the table.
Perhaps you missed the other thread about YAL that started a year before mine.. I counted 296 replies in that thread Johnny, and 30+ were all negative and bashing your company for its plastic cheap product.
John, I'm a consumer, you need to understand that as a business owner that provides services or goods you are subject to "reviews"
Ever heard of Cnet John? Whenever I'm in the market to purchase something, I usually go there to get reviews from customers that bought the same product/service I'm interested in. You'd be surprised at how many people bash a product, I've done it myself, If I pay for something and dont get what I expected or is "advertised" as, I have that right to bash any company or product I wish. It happens all over the internet John.. It's part of being a business owner John, getting all butt hurt over a slam on your service is expected.
Notwithstanding, This might just help you down the road to perhaps tighten up your QC, spend a little more time reviewing resumes and taking care of the hand that feeds you.
Only mistake I made John, was not opening up the negative thread about YAL, written by 30+other agents when I place my order

Very well I thought, fair enough. That was back on Sept 23rd. A month has passed, still yet no refund, So I politely asked John if he would be so kind as to look into my refund and issue me what was promised in the above e-mailSept 23rd, 2011

Thanks for confirming that the other leads that we produced for you met the criteria of what we agreed to and that you are not asking for them to be reviewed for credit.
Based on your recent statements and actions on the Internet insurance forums in which you seem to have an axe to grind with our company, we have decided it's best for all parties if we send you a refund for all remaining leads owed and move forward without you as a customer.
Please look for a check in the mail over the next week.
We wish you well with your other lead sources.

We are weighing my options for filing a law suit against you for trying to destroy our online reputation while we can prove that you sold at least one policy off of the 5 leads that we provided and were in discussions with at least one other family about providing them an insurance quote/policy.
Good luck on the lawsuit, it'll never fly.You're right, I did sell "a" policy, A small one but a sale nonetheless. If "in discussions" means trying to verify whether they have a checking or savings account, then yes, you'd be correct, I was having discussions doing your job.
That's right, Ed, we called behind you to conduct a survey about your contact to these people and recorded the information provided by the people that you made fun of in the forum.

You never even mention selling off the leads, which makes us wonder about your motivation. After all, 1 sale and one solid prospect out of 5 leads is fairly decent for any lead service.

You may have to answer that in court. We can show damages from your actions from emails we received from existing clients and prospects who were considering reordering or using our services for the first time.

I will provide you a refund after my attorney can tell me how we can issue you a refund without affecting any possible litigation we may file against you.
