Where are your yard sales? Here in Florida, they sure aren't on Saturday afternoons. That's when they quit for the day.

Yep. If stamps or coins have mistakes I'm not going to sucker buy those. You have to hold out for the good stuff. I got a sweet mint-condition 2011 US quarter the other day for just over $50. It's like brand new. A guy pulled it right out of his ash tray of his car.
Kentucky has a 100- mile long yard sale every year.

I approach the people running the yard sale by handing them a flyer and starting a conversation. I did write a guy and his girl friend at a yard sale by engaging them in a conversation. The guy who trained me was a sales machine I have seen him write accident policies while getting gas, waitresses serving us lunch and once wrote a guy working on the road in front of my house.
