I do apologize and did not mean to accuse the association of anything, just wanted to know if anyone else had any previous issues with billing. It was a communication error on my part, since I had incorrect email information. IHIAA is a very reputable organization and great training ground for agents.

It sure as heck sounds like you're accusing them if you're listing them by name in a public forum. Especially when you say things to the effect of "I cancelled and they're still billing me."

Be careful of Best Buy too. I'm there right now buying a new laptop and I've slide my credit card through the check out thing but the haven't ...oh wait...OK she handed me my laptop.

Since you cancelled such a great service one could presume you are leaving the industry?

I agree IHIAA is a great value for the money... And John what were you thinking? Your TOS clearly states refunds will be processed in 30 seconds or less!

Clearly you are making interest on those 5 minutes.

Actually just got an email confirmation on that. I sent an email to "billing" but must have sent it to the wrong dept. maybe they don't use the billing email anymore. So, it was a communication error.

Just an observation. You posted at 8:20 about your problem. You fixed it at 8:40. It took you 20 minutes.

I'm holing to put systems in place tomorrow where any refund request is processes in nanoseconds.

I'm actually happy I was up and checking my email this morning. Who knows, the Federal Refund Swat Team could have had my house surrounded by 10am.
