140% with Fam 1st life ????????/

With Trinity? zero. They don't even go that high.

With the others? It's possible maybe but I doubt there are many if any at all. The 140's generally are going to need at least 1-million annual production. 145's and 150's need multi millions.

But I've seen people with a good song and dance get contracts that they don't come close to qualifying for.

But remember, the 140s they're offering are for products in the 160-170 range at the NMO level.

Yes I'm just talking about FE. There might be individual agents out there with 140% mortgage term contracts. I don't know if that is common or not.

If I was an IMO and FFL was my competition I would pay attention and figure out how they heck they are recruiting so many people and do it better and more honestly.

I would not be sitting around on a forum complaining.

They are pretty easy to figure out. Do you think that should be the role model for other agencies? Recruit the masses?

I'm sorry, but I missed who it is that is complaining. Can you please point it out?

We should all be thankful for companies like FFL.

Their forte is attracting new blood into the insurance business, of which many will look elsewhere for better opportunities like what we do here on the Forum.

I know one of their top producers - Grayson H. - strictly sell final expense. He writes $15k to $20k weekly. Been doing it for about a year.

And there agents buy a SHIT ton of leads. We need an analytic to gauge things like PPL/time invested/persistency/% of GI biz.

Writing 15-20k of 100 leads, with 80% being eagle and 20% AIG. That's not impressive.
