ACA Express -vs- HealthSherpa

Is anyone having applications being held up on HS?
Have two. That have not gone through and earlier today it was working like a charm

I just wrote one and it went through in under 5 minutes, and even better, they now have a "PAY" button that took me directly to the carrier's payment page with the client's info prepopulated- super cool- no need to go through healthcare.gov login. Nice.

kenny,
understood. i guess you didn't bother to read my post.
these apps were in a processing status for 4 weeks!!! i guess 4 weeks prior to the deadline is not long enough.
i had asked multiple times for a kill.

anyway, sick of dealing with you guys.

some additional issues with aca exp. while they had applications hanging. i guess to push them through they killed and created multiple apps before a final success (if that happened). I went to one client's record and he had 10 application IDs for 2016. what a nightmare. I couldn't find the active one to drop in his docs.

that being my final opinion on aca exp.

I did just try www.enrollmyself.com and it is very easy, inexpensive and so far reliable. gives you easy access to full information - eligibility letter, enrollment screenshot, SEP enrollment, consumer link. $100 for 300 enrollments over 1 month.
I think if they dropped it to $50 outside of open season then I would consider using them for SEP enrollments.

----------

Oh, you can not do SEP with ACA exp

----------

ACA exp does not do SEP. Sherpa and enrollmyself do SEP as well as ebroker

Thanks for the inquiry djumterps,

Our pricing for SEP will be as follows:

OR

Both options include unlimited applications and require a $20 set up fee to start.

Generally, you must stay with your chosen option for the entire 2016 SEP season.

Please feel free to call us with any questions.
