ACA Express -vs- HealthSherpa

I'm too old and tired to learn new tricks...

Sherpa works for me. Its $5. And when I need to run a report or backdoor into the FFM, it works.

And it was awfully easy to build the 2017 OEP list by clicking a button on Sherpa that dumps it into Excel.

As far as the phone number thing goes, I email them, I get a response and its fixed. Its just important to remember that you are emailing IT people. They need the details.

On the other hand, if I could get something easier, I would do it. I'm a simple gal.

(Having said all this, I never really looked at ACA Express and Welltheos didn't click with me)

However, if I could show you some tricks to make your life easier by using ACA Express would you be interested??

I spend money to drive traffic to my website, capturing the name and phone number early on in the process seems like its a big deal for me because of the ones that might drop out before moving on further in the process. How many times have you visited a website and started the first few screens only to get distracted on something and leave the site? Im sure its not a big number buy if your paying for each visitor I think Id like to have the highest chance of capturing at least the contact info...no?

Of course the alternative argument for that is, how many times have you went somewhere to get a quote or free information, been asked to enter contact information, and then exited as soon as all those questions popped up.

I m sure someone can pass along their stats on how many complete contact forms, exit before completing forms, put in fake info, or fill an app online bc there was no contact info required up front. Be interesting to see.

With Sherpa I only pay the fee when they enroll not when they are surfing to get information.

Like them, the only time you pay a fee to ACAExpress is when they enroll...

It is up to you with ACAExpress as to what a customer must provide. The options are:
- Quick Quote, through which they can see quotes after just entering their zip code. If they were to then start an application and not complete it any info they provide would be saved to in your Applicants list in your Dashboard so you cold email or call them to help through the process.

- Lead Collection, very minimal data asked for: Name, Phone and Email to see rates. Their data is written to the database so you can follow up later. You are right that some will put bogus info though most times it is the phone number not both phone and email.

Point is we give YOU the option to choose based on your needs and such.

Looking at recent comments and such here this is a good time to share some recently launched features and news of upcoming enhancements to ACAExpress.

Launched and Available Now
- On FFM Dental plans
- Dashboard and CFS (Consumer Facing Sites) available in multiple languages
- Import Book of Business
- Lead purchasing

Coming Soon....

- "Enrollment Completion Mode" option for CFS
Instead of consumers clicking "Launch to Marketplace", and going through all that is required of it, they would answer the questions necessary for submission at ACAExpress. Once they click Submit their info will be saved in your Applicants list with a status of "No Redirect". The agent would then complete through the agent enrollment process and have all the info they need to complete the enrollment in their Dashboard. This option will be a setting within your Org Settings.

- National General Accident & Health Ancillary Product Integration
We will be adding the ability to enroll in their Short Term Major Med, TrioMed, AcciMed and Dental Plans within the ACAExpress platform. Since ACAExpress is not a GA, MGA, FMO or similar there is zero impact on you. The appointment and commissions and other aspects of the relationship are completely between you and NatGen directly. We will post on the agent Dashboard contact info if you are not appointed with them. And to answer the most common question we have heard; no there will not be an enrollment fee charged by ACAExpress for NatGen enrollments.

The reason we partnered with NatGen to provide this value added benefit to our users is their name is THE one that agents brought to us asking to have.

Look up doctors and Rx filter for plans

- Flashback
Fast and easy "Renewal" process!
Can be used for any applicant that was enrolled through ACAExpress prior or enrolled elsewhere and imported to the system. You'll be presented with a side by side comparison of the previous years enrolled plan and the recommended plan for the current year. Easily enroll the renewal plan from there.

- Agency Manager
Have agents which use ACAExpress and not part of your "Org" in ACAExpress? Agency Manager is a single log in which provides analytics on all of their data, ability to drill down and many other controls.

- Mercury
No way I could write out a description any better than Don Archer, our CTO, did in a video. In a word it is pretty awesome. Click here to view the video.

I do not have a hard launch date for the above new features though will post here when they are live.

Thanks!
