ACA Express -vs- HealthSherpa

Health Sherpa reminds me of my oldest son when he was a bright teenager who was trying to "find himself". Bored easily.. impulsive..not thinking things through thoroughly..never asked for guidance, but accepted some of it, when offered.

I don't even think Ning works there any longer, Allen.
How could such a simple site evolve into this?
I think they've been taken over & someone is simply calling himself Ning.

As an FYI to all.. While CMS is having issues with the Marketplace Access feature and the front end at healthcare.gov I can say that we are not seeing any issues in submitting applications. Bring this up at suggestion of others who have called or emailed us saying they are unable to submit via other enrollment platforms.. Push 'em through ACAExpress! ROCKING IT TODAY!

How is it possible that one company can get them through & another cannot?

If you really are able to do it, I'll redo the pending stuff over on ACA. . . .

Here is one, beginning to end took a hair over 60 seconds, completed at 5:22 PM

Other WBEs we've checked in with all seem to be in the same situation as HealthSherpa. We're keeping tabs closely and will update via e-mail.

I just did 2 apps through ACAExpress. It takes 2-5 minutes per app, and goes through immediately.

The "Access Marketplace" doesn't work, because it doesn't work for any WBE today.

But the apps are processed.

I know they are going to hc.gov, and not just "appearing" to be processed, because one of the people was not going to be eligible for a subsidy due to not filing a 2014 tax return, so I completed the ACAExpress app, asking for a subsidy, and when the result came back, the subsidy was denied.

So, these apps are going through at ACAExpress.
