ACA Express -vs- HealthSherpa

ahh, Perry Mason, featuring America's worst prosecutor, Hamilton Burger, whom I believe never managed to win a case against the infamous Mason

Decided to go ahead and give ACAExpress a shot.

Result: MAJOR FAIL

Virtually same result as Sherpa.

STUCK.

Email me your ACAExpress user name and I will take a look.. No way for me to connect your user name here to one you use at ACAExpress... :P

ACA working Question do I delete the ones I did on his and do them over in ACA express or trust that eventually they will be processed?

Guessing when you say above "...his..." you mean "HS".. if so, while I cannot attest to how their process works, if the apps were not completed at their site, and you were then to submit through to completion on ACAExpress then yes, I would delete on their site. In fairness, I would say the same in reverse if that were the situation as well.

I found that the ones that were stuck at HS were partly completed at hc.gov, so you might also want to delete the extra hc.gov app too.

Not sure how you delete on HC.gov when you can't get into the system

Since this is a 2016 app that you want to delete, it shouldn't be a problem to just wait until tomorrow. ACA Express gives you the ID number of the hc.gov app that was created on their system, which will help you know which one was ACA Express and which one was created by the Sherpa program before it became stuck.

Thanks Ann - I did find an app for one of mine, but no programs had been associated with it yet, so easy to delete. Of course now everything is stuck again - glad I got up at the crack of dawn to get some stuff done this morning . . .
