Really? I'm so sorry to hear that. I finished my ON exchange apps for today, so I have no more to try at ACAExpress. May have some tomorrow, but I hope not!
I have a whole bunch of OFF exchange apps & plan changes to complete tonight.

How long has this application been in ACA Express "pending" mode, JBage? May be too soon to assume it's stuck.
Is it still stuck, Jbage? The reason I ask is that I have had my apps fly through.
With ACA Express, go to "applicants" in the left panel, and in your list of applicants, if it says pending or processing, then it may be stuck. Otherwise it should say completed.
If you click on the name of the applicant, you can see app information, and on the right panel, it should have a box that shows the carrier & plan, with "complete" at the bottom.
The box above that gives Marketplace info & the Marketplace Access button (the backdoor).
Then go to "Enrollments" in the left sidebar, and click on the name of the client. It should give you a summary of eligibility results, and enrollment results. But note that it doesn't give you the actual copy of the FFM eligibility letter. You have to go in the back door to get that. Their access to the backdoor was that "Marketplace Access" button.

seems like.
more like 5ish hours, and counting. still indicates "processing" but I was unable to delete it, so dunno.
Bummer...........
As of 15 minutes ago, not able to access hc.gov through health Sherpa or my carrier's direct links. Maybe they are rewriting code or something. Not getting the "stay here while we hold your place in line", but instead an HTTP 400 error message like it is a bad link.
Is it the same for ACA express? Anyone still up:?
