ACAExpress, Pricing, New Features, Etc.

Hi Kenny:

When inputting a client in Missouri, two in household with an income of $22,540 ages 64 and 62 with wife not taking coverage as she is on SS DI the subsidy is showing twice what it should be according to HCgov and HeathSherpa. Zip Code 64055. NS.

Showing subsidy of $1,279.16 and it should be about $621.00.

Current client in your system from last year. Also when we go from your platform to the app it fails to drag in the information.

:err:

Code fixes for this along with other items deploying tonight

Kenny hasn't slept in 4 days! :err:

Hey Allen! Close!

Sitting down with wife now, glass of red wine and looking forward to tomorrow! We are winning in the marketplace by way of features (many of which exist because agents asked for them) and superior responsiveness and support!

Soon we will win you over too!

Congratulations Kenny for earning a well-deserved glass of Texas Ripple, cuddly time with the wife, and eventually, some sleep.

TIP: You'd "win more people over" if ACAExpress Home Page - ACAExpress.com didn't have that curious "Schedule a Demo" requirement. The last time we Scheduled a Demo, I ended up with a $900 Rainbow vacuum.

That being said, the promptness and thoroughness of your responses to questions from just this forum alone, have been top quality. Plus, since you're an agent, you understand the important psychological nuances of what works with shoppers and clients... That's just as important as making a WBE website function properly.

Are we going to have to use Google Chrome at all times or will it eventually allow us to use Internet Explorer. I was told by my FMO that we have to use Google Chrome or it doesn't work right. This screws up the people who are finding my website through Facebook or ads and all they have is Internet Explorer.

Engineering is working on the issue as I type. It came about when some of the tools used to code were updated by Google. They are working with us to get resolved.

I can't imagine all the moving parts that go into that website and working along with Healthcare.gov. Hopefully in a couple years all the bugs will be worked out and these enrollments will become extremely easy. I'm glad there are people way smarter than me working on these fixes, I appreciate it.

Why are ACAExpress ads showing up embedded in so many websites I'm visiting, including this forum, Foxnews.com, and others? Is it because a cookie was placed in my browser when I visited ACAExpress Home Page - ACAExpress.com ? If so, that technology is fascinating.

You read foxnews.com?

Funny, I consider you to be a master researcher. I'm just amazed at how much you read (then kindly share with us). But I don't remember a single post from you, nor even a reference to anything from foxnews.com.

BTW, yes, it's a cookie. Kinda creepy to see ads appear on websites, advertising something you googled last Friday.
