I dunno. Maybe it's a bad place to be in this business? Maybe that's why nobody buys leads there. At least nobody buys them from the leads connection. I guess I'm just imagining there must be some reason why TLC has no customers there.

There has to be people needing and wanting FE there. There's a county about 50 miles from me that no one else seems to mail. It's remote and not good roads to there from any direction.
I love working there. Problem is that the population of the entire county is less than 20,000 people. Mail a couple 1000 pieces there and you have just about covered the whole FE demographic.

Aic leads is from here. I know of a good bit of agents that work this area, but we don't drop mail. We just use aic or referrals from our book. I even just cold door knock a good bit. People are very friendly down here.
