Anyone sending AEP letters?

How do you get people to follow through with this? I've tried and it fails every time, i'll get maybe 5-10% responses so I stopped trying lol

How do you communicate with your clients? I use post cards and newsletters through out the year, I having been telling them for 6 month that plan Formularies are changing, here is what I send them, a letter that outlines what I need them to do, I scope for them to fill out and sign and date, on the back of that I have my client intake form asking about meds , doctors and dentists, I include a self addressed pre stamped envelope for them to return to me, I don't get into any plan details ,
