I love the ON AND OFF....speaks major....:1biggrin:

Now they want licensed brokers to compete against their agents in the same office. That formula should work...:D

...this is why you should move out of the stock market and by the way we have a broker who works with us just in case you want to stay in the market....

Good luck managing that situation, Run

Its interesting reading the postings from individuals on this forum. Its quite obvious that most of these individuals have failed and are looking for someone to blam other than themselves.

I have been with the company over 23 years and have many colleges that have been with the Amerilife 5, 10, 15, 20 years and have had a wonderful career. Its provided great products for there clients and provided a wonderful income to a great many families and put a lot a kids through college. If your looking for a great company and a long term career you could do a lot worst.
:no:David Rainwater is the new CEO replacing Tim North. Could it be that this remark is from the Amerilife CEO??? I have recently been in his company at several functions and found him to be neither friendly and welcoming to new agents nor innovative. I left after only 4 months...much of time time was spent putting out fires that previous crooked agents caused....and ironically they became management...so I got the big picture....the more you mess with people and screw them the better you are viewed by the upper snots of Amerilife. Don't even think about joining Amerilife....RUN...RUN...RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN:goofy:

dickhead, it was my choice to leave, thinking i could do better on my own, which was quickly discovered that the leads the company provided was well worth coming back.

:DDavid, I find your comments totoally in sync with the pathetic mindset of Amerilife leadership. You all have your heads deeply buried in the sand...shame shame!!!!

I have expereinced nothing but total inefficiency in the handling of pending apps. Your company is a total paper trail nightmare.....and you treat new agents like trash....there is so much disorganization, lack of communication, and conflicting directives (not to mention endless memo's).

I have since joined another organization that underwrites timely and issues a policy in 7 days. At Amerilife, you guys jerked me and my client around for 3 months. In the end, I left Amerilife, went with a new company and had a policy issued to my client in 7 days with NO HASSLES. And the best part is that client is mine for life. The lead system at Amerilife would send other agents from the same office to my clients over and over. You guys are totally screwed up. :goofy:e

:biggrin:Its interesting and so informative to see this dialog..I agree with cliff...davidrain we know who you are...I just wonder when the class action suit will commence......bet there will be hundreds signing up....legit reasoning and verifiable. Those that prosper with ill intent and questionable ethic practices should be held accountable in this industry and others. Amerilife needs to clean up their act and not lay blame to previous...seems like our current presidential administation tactics. When all the dusts settles, there may be a good company based on customer service, ethics, etc. serving the general public if they go in that direction....but until then, Randy, Kara, Simon and I VOTE NO. Go Sing somehwere else, Dave.

Saraven, Is there really a class action suit? Amerilife is really trying to hurt me and other agents that left the company...Some are getting asked to pay back hefty sums of money, even though they were owed money by Amerilife...How can we get involved in this???
