Do they do a phone interview? I thought they did?, but the Assuity rep on the phone said only if UW sees something on the application they need to address.
If they do a phone interview is it after submission or while i'm with the client?

59 and below is optional. 60+ is mandatory. At point of sale.

Rule is this. Under 60 is at underwriters discretion. 60 and older is required. So if something shows up under 60, they might need to call them. Hope this helps.

A PHI is required on all applicants age 40+

It is recommended to be done at POS, but they will call later if not done at POS.
