Back At It But Discouraged

I was using d 2 d surveying alone for my business and
made around 10 k a month doing so but now I am cold calling
businesses. I mostly do annuity and life business. I am wondering
how many cold calls it should take to find a good sale and need
some tips/encouragement for calling the business owners.

Financially I am strapped right now. I need to get ahead again.

Quit worrying about your financial situation and make calls.

Take the pressure off yourself. Throw it off your shoulders and to the ground. Let me let you in on a secret:

You cannot control the prospect!

Answer me:

Can you control what happened over there just before you dialed?

Can you control whether they pick up the phone or not?

Can you control whether it's a bad time for them to talk or not?

Can you control whether or not they are interested in what you have to say?

Can you control whether they can afford what you have to offer?

Can you control whether they buy?


Have I got you worried yet?

What can you control? Obviously you can't control THEM.

What can you control? YOU.

Do you make the calls. Do you apply a consistent sales process.
