Bad Experience with Final Expense Bootcamp.com

Since I'm still with EFES and still have not been told to cancel any contracts it is not a change. Possibly some uplines at EFES do require that.

Nor am I advising anyone of anything. I share my experieces here at the forum and learn from others.

Is that crative enough for you?

Is it possible they are only doing this to new agents and leaving the old ones alone?

One thing about JD he is a straight shooter. He is loyal to EFES, but that is a good quality to have. He does state it is not for everybody. B. ROCK,We welcome your input, but please no personal attacks. We are trying to get a better mannered forum. The real question is, if you have a newbie, and he is having trouble, like the orginal poster, What do you do, to help him.

Who are you speaking for?

You seem like a nice enough person. I also get tired of some of the "attacks". But most of us, quoting my son, are "grown ass men".

While I may agree with some of what you are saying, you are starting to lord over this forum like you are the hall monitor. Some people liked and obeyed the hall monitor. I get the feeling Independent Insurance Agents were not that type of child.

I don't know about the rest of the managers so much, but Travis has established himself as a non-greedy type of guy.

Therefore, I can certainly believe that the managers are the ones who are making the decisions on whether or not they want all of the agent's contracts.

wineblues i did put that in there to sound like a hall monitor, "but as a joke". Because of my recent complaints.

I wanted to add a couple thoughts after skimming over this thread. I had two agents this week that were terminated from the lead program. One guy received 58 leads no sales and the other 97 leads in the last three months with no sales. Both of these guys have been on many of my conference calls and had full access to the EFES University. Not to mention time on the phone explaining the lead program and all the hoops to get them contracted.

EFES and I did everything we promised. Provided leads and training along with a more than fair commission these agents agreed to. However I will imagine that one or both may be asking for a "release" from their contracts. These two are either horrible at FE or they just wanted to find some cheap leads and free training.

It is agents like these that drive up cost and cause policy changes that hurt good agents that are just trying to find a reliable lead source and training.

I'm pretty sure the guy who started this thread was a marketer from a competitor, because an agent would be embarrassed and ashamed to share that tale…

If you agree to whatever terms to join a group, you have nobody to blame but yourself if you do not like the deal. In my knowledge I have never known EFES or Shannon to lie to anyone.

I have a buddy of mine that is mad because his wife is fat; I want to tell him she was fat when you married her. You knew what you were getting. Same thing applies here…

As far as this post is concerned and what EFES will and will not allow, such as canceling all other contracts if your on their lead program I would venture this. I worked in the car business for 18 years and was a heavy hitter who got away with things that others wouldn't even consider doing. I am thinking that is what going on with JD. He seems to get away with things that others say there is no way and it will not happen.

I know this if I had a guy under me turning JD's numbers I'd probably let him use my wife and or my girlfriend on the weekends! The fact is numbers do talk and if your turning good numbers your upline willl be much more tolerant of your evil ways.

I don't know if I would let an agent of JDeasy's caliber use my wife or girlfriend but I do know this I would never let them find out about each other....:D

Well said, but I couldnt help but think of Al Bundy when I read that statement, "Its not the dress that makes u look FAT, its the FAT thats makes u look FAT!"

And I agree, I had no insurance exp at all, not in the least when I started 8 mos ago...and there's NO WAY IN HELL u cant make a few sales out of all those leads with all the training EFES & Im sure Travis provides unless you're just lazy, errrrrr, not motivated!

These two guys would also be the type that would take cost shared leads and then place them with other carriers for an increased commission rate. (and they may have done so - It is hard to believe they wrote 0 business out of that many leads.) Can't say that if I were a young 'un building an agency with EFES that I wouldn't require an agent to cancel other contracts in order to prevent them from placing lead produced business with another carrier. Just good sound business sense.
